Arcadis is hiring a FIDIC Engineer to administer the FIDIC Red Book contract for a major £10 billion hyperscale data centre campus in Northumberland, North East England. The role manages contractual communications, notices, instructions, certificates, determinations, variations, claims, payment applications, extensions of time, inspections, testing, defects, and completion processes; coordinates with project management, technical, cost, health and safety, and other consultants; and maintains transparent, auditable records to support dispute avoidance and contractual compliance. The position requires strong FIDIC Red Book experience, neutral and fair determination skills, detailed record-keeping, and the ability to work effectively in a complex, multi-stakeholder construction environment.
