The role involves investigating and assessing losses, interpreting policy coverage, producing reports, managing suppliers and repair networks, identifying fraud and recovery opportunities, maintaining audit-ready records, and providing professional customer service. The position is remote and requires significant property claims experience, analytical and investigative skills, strong communication, and effective time management; a recognised industry qualification at Diploma level or above is preferred.
