Description
Clean Hansa is hiring a full-time Field and Training Coordinator to work primarily in the field at customers’ locations. The role supports cleaners, handles initial customer visits, resolves urgent on-site issues, manages keys and equipment, trains and follows up with new employees, conducts quality checks, and reports problems. The position requires a category B driving licence, the ability to drive between assignments, Swedish and English, and experience in cleaning, team supervision, or a similar service occupation; it is based north of Stockholm and includes a company car.
