Avnet is hiring an AMD Xilinx dedicated Field Application Engineer to serve as the technical lead for hardware and software aspects of key customer systems. The role supports pre- and post-sale design activities, drives Xilinx design-win initiatives, advises engineers and architects on FPGA, SoC, IP, software tools, and hardware devices, manages technical issues, develops demonstrations and proposals, and collaborates with AMD Xilinx, field, factory, and ecosystem resources. The position typically requires 8+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent, including FPGA architecture, design, and support experience.
