Hai Robotics is seeking Field Application Engineers to lead service partners through the installation and commissioning of logistics robotics equipment, manage on-site work, provide troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and customer training, and respond to field-service queries. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or robotics field, hands-on hardware and software skills, Chinese and English fluency, and on-site work in client warehouses in the Netherlands or Germany for 2–4 weeks or longer.
