Nearfield Instruments is hiring a Field Application Engineer to demonstrate and qualify its AFM-based semiconductor metrology systems for customers, develop customized measurement solutions, conduct wafer measurements and qualification tests, train customer engineers and operators, and provide feedback to R&D and product development. The role is based in Japan with onsite work in Nagasaki and Kumamoto, frequent travel to semiconductor manufacturing sites, and hybrid or remote work available depending on project needs.
