Novanta’s ATI Industrial Automation business unit is hiring a bilingual Field Application Engineer to support its Tool Changer and Material Removal product lines. The role provides pre-sale and post-sale technical support, accompanies sales visits, conducts robot demonstrations, develops novel applications, troubleshoots customer issues, manages cases in Salesforce, and contributes to continuous improvement. It is a remote field-based position in Texas covering the United States and Mexico, with up to 40% travel, and requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, controls, or related engineering, Spanish and English fluency, and 3 to 5 years of engineering experience. The salary range is $100,795 to $125,000 annually.
