Description
Quadric is seeking a Field Application Engineer (FAE) to join their team. The FAE will collaborate with various internal teams like Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to offer technical customer support, primarily pre-sales. This role involves providing remote and on-site training, delivering product presentations, and requiring strong customer communication and troubleshooting skills. Additionally, the FAE must possess advanced skills in system debugging, coding, and scripting, focusing on acquiring expert-level proficiency with Quadric's proprietary product suite, including High-Performance Computing (HPC) Hardware, Software Development Kits (SDKs), and diverse algorithms.
