The role serves as a technical and regional sales representative, develops cabinet-efficiency solutions and customer relationships, supports sales activities and marketing, maintains CRM records, and meets territory sales quotas. The territory covers Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, New Mexico, and Arizona, with extensive travel, including overnight trips, required. The position requires a four-year college degree, at least two years of sales or marketing experience with automation and industrial control products, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision. Medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) matching plan, bonus plan, and other benefits are offered, with a base salary of $98,000 to $134,000.
