ai& is hiring a Field Application Engineer for its PaaS compute platform. The role supports pre-sales technical discovery and demonstrations, leads customer onboarding and migration from platforms such as Heroku, Render, Railway, and AWS Elastic Beanstalk, provides implementation and cross-stack support, conducts proof-of-concept and migration assessments, gathers customer requirements, and feeds feedback to product and engineering teams. The position requires technical pre-sales or field engineering experience, PaaS and cloud platform knowledge, application and infrastructure expertise, clear communication, onboarding and support experience, and professional fluency in Japanese and English.
