Description
GlobalFoundries’ MIPS is hiring a Field Application Engineer (EMEA) to support customer engagements across Europe for Industrial, Aerospace & Defense, and Integrated Device Manufacturer customers. The role bridges customer requirements with MIPS processor IP, software tools, and custom silicon solutions; supports design-in and design-win activities; troubleshoots hardware and software issues; collaborates with sales and business development; and helps position solutions within the semiconductor ecosystem. The position requires an engineering degree, at least three years of relevant experience, semiconductor or embedded-systems expertise, strong customer-facing communication, and fluent English.
