Bragi is hiring a Field Application Engineer for its Shenzhen-based remote role supporting the Chinese market. The position acts as a technical bridge between Bragi, partners, and customers, helping them evaluate, integrate, test, and launch mobile SDK and connected-device technologies. Responsibilities include mobile SDK integration, Bluetooth and audio troubleshooting, customer issue debugging, technical documentation, sample management, and on-site customer support when needed. Candidates need experience in field application engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role, strong mobile SDK integration and troubleshooting skills, and fluent Chinese and English.
