The role involves training customers, troubleshooting assays, developing new assays, presenting at scientific events, collaborating with sales and marketing, documenting customer interactions, and tracking competitor technologies. Candidates need a Ph.D. in Life Sciences or a related field, at least three years of hands-on molecular biology, clinical, discovery, or biochemistry laboratory experience, and strong analytical and scientific fundamentals. The position is based in an assigned city, may require 30–50% travel, and offers an annual base salary of $88,100 to $134,375 plus potential bonuses and benefits.
