Description
This is a presales and customer-support role focused on molecular spectroscopy products. The position delivers solution-oriented demonstrations, develops methods and technical solutions, supports sales from presales through after-sales, provides application training and troubleshooting, tests customer samples, maintains installed-base customer relationships, and supports customer seminars and regional sales activities. It requires a bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry, at least five years of experience in molecular spectroscopy applications, strong analytical and presentation skills, domestic and overseas travel availability, MS Office proficiency, and Japanese N1-level proficiency.
