Description
SPT Labtech is hiring a Field Application Scientist ideally based in the San Diego area to support its liquid handling product suite. The role serves as an interface among sales, marketing, and end users, involving product demonstrations, instrument and application expertise, user training, remote and in-person support, protocol optimization, conference and marketing activities, Salesforce recordkeeping, customer feedback, and mentorship. It requires extensive travel across the Southwest United States and occasionally to the East United States and the United Kingdom, plus an MSc with at least five years of practical experience or a PhD with at least two years of practical experience in biological science, liquid handling, laboratory automation, or a related field.
