Honeywell is hiring a Field Application Engineer to provide pre- and post-sales technical support for Honeywell Fire SMB regional sales managers, customers, and distribution partners. The role focuses on Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, and Farenhyt fire alarm applications, complex solution development, system design review, troubleshooting, technical presentations, training, and proposal support. It requires approximately 25–50% travel, with the ideal candidate located in the Eastern United States. The position requires NICET Level II Fire Alarm Systems certification, at least three years of fire alarm application and troubleshooting experience, and one year of hands-on experience with Fire-Lite and Silent Knight products. The annual base salary is $113,000–$160,000, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
