Description
Vision Government Solutions is hiring full-time Field Appraisers to inspect, verify, and record the physical description of real estate properties for reassessment services. The role involves submitting progress reports, serving as a public-facing representative, traveling throughout Rhode Island, and working outdoors in all weather. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and carry equipment are required; real estate appraisal experience is a plus but not required. Pay is $17–$20 per hour based on experience, with mileage reimbursement, career training, retirement matching, health, dental, vision, life, disability, paid time off, and paid holidays.
