Doorstead is hiring a Field Associate to conduct property showings for prospective tenants and occasionally perform property evaluations in the general Redwood City area. The role involves preparing units, ensuring accessibility and security, reporting feedback, assessing property conditions, documenting deficiencies with Doorstead tooling, taking photos, and preparing reports. It is a contracted hourly 1099 position requiring a real estate license, local travel, reliable transportation, smartphone photography, and strong communication and attention to detail.
