Doorstead is hiring a Field Associate for a 1099 contracted hourly position in the Bakersfield area. The role primarily conducts property showings for prospective tenants, prepares units, ensures accessibility and security, and reports feedback. Property evaluations are optional and involve assessing conditions, documenting deficiencies with Doorstead tooling, evaluating systems, taking photos, and preparing reports. Candidates need a real estate license, real estate or property-management experience, strong communication and attention to detail, reliable transportation, and a smartphone capable of running the evaluation tool and taking high-quality photos.
