Description
OpsMill is hiring a Field Automation Engineer to serve as a hands-on, post-sales technical partner for a portfolio of paying customers using Infrahub. The role combines customer-facing professional services, technical account management, troubleshooting, discovery, advisory, adoption, and expansion with engineering work on reusable assets, AI-assisted delivery patterns, documentation, and product feedback. It is remote-first across United States time zones, with domestic travel of typically 20–25%, and requires at least five years of network or infrastructure engineering and/or network automation experience.
