Description
Cencora is hiring a Field Case Manager to support prescribing physicians, patients, clinics, insurers, and pharmaceutical teams in a therapeutic program. The role customizes program elements, assists with patient enrolment and payer forms, coordinates private and public coverage, supports reimbursement navigation and therapy access, provides patient and physician training, maintains program reports, and may require travel and standby availability. The position requires an active RN, RPN, or LPN registration, at least three years of nursing experience in a clinic setting, reimbursement-navigation experience, and fluency in French and English; case management, therapeutic-area, pharmaceutical business-administration, and French-English fluency are assets.
