Description
Drata is hiring a senior, remote, U.S.-based Field Chief Information Security Officer to serve as a practitioner-level security and GRC voice in the field. The role partners with sales, customer success, marketing, and executive leadership; leads CISO-to-CISO conversations and industry events; advises on regulatory and risk shifts; shapes product and go-to-market strategy; and provides strategic direction on emerging security and GRC issues. Candidates need 15+ years of security and GRC experience, including 10+ years leading teams and 5+ years in a CISO or equivalent senior security and GRC leadership role, along with strong compliance, communication, thought leadership, and travel experience. The expected base salary is $210,000–$350,000, with equity and health, wellness, financial, family, and development benefits.
