Description
Red River Mutual is hiring a full-time Field Adjuster in Altona, Manitoba or Winnipeg, Manitoba. Reporting to the Claims Manager, the role investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and resolves moderate-to-complex commercial, agriculture, and residential property and casualty insurance claims; reviews coverage and legal documents; coordinates experts; manages reserves and payments; and supports the Claims Manager and field team. The position requires at least 10 years of field adjusting experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of building construction, and proficiency with Claims Connect/Mobile Claims and Guidewire.
