Intact is seeking a Field Claims Specialist, Property Large Loss, to investigate, quantify, analyze, adjust, and settle complex property claims in the Ottawa region. The specialist will handle mid to complex first-party residential, commercial property, or equipment breakdown losses, requiring strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5 to 7 years experience handling personal and commercial property claims with at least partly acquired experience directly in the field
Preferred Qualifications: passion for customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills
self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working in a fast-paced and changing environment
strong aptitude for technology with excellent computer skills
strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
valid driver's license with a good driving record
can travel on short notice
