Description
AstraZeneca is hiring a permanent full-time Field Clinical Advisor to support cell therapy clinical trial sites across Australia. Reporting to the Senior Director, Field Clinical Advisors APAC, the role serves as a protocol expert and pipeline ambassador, improving site readiness, patient recruitment and retention, safety, and trial delivery. Responsibilities include educating investigators, resolving clinical and operational challenges, analyzing root causes, translating field insights into operational improvements, and developing training, SOPs, and playbooks. The position is based in Melbourne or Sydney, with national travel required.
