Description
The Field Collections Officer will visit customers with overdue loan repayments, negotiate repayment arrangements, conduct field investigations, support recovery of defaulted accounts and assets, and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders. The role requires independent work, familiarity with assigned local routes and communities, and residence in one of the advertised states; prior loan collections or recovery experience is advantageous. Compensation is N110,000 plus a N20,000 transport allowance.
