Description
The Field Collection Team Leader oversees the distribution of accounts and loans to field collectors, ensures collectors understand their KPIs, reviews quality-control results, prepares performance and incentive reports, monitors collection strategies and procedures, and coaches underperforming team members. The role also requires identifying high-risk issues, analyzing collection reports, and working independently under pressure. Applicants need at least two years of experience as a Field Collection Team Leader or Supervisor, a Diploma (D3) in any field, strong collection-process knowledge, leadership ability, and the capacity to monitor, control, and coach.
