The role oversees job-site construction operations, direct-hire and subcontractor work, safety, schedule, budget, quality, compliance, and coordination with field engineering, project controls, and clients. It requires a bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) plus 15+ years of relevant experience or 19+ years of relevant work experience, along with extensive knowledge of EPC power or commercial nuclear construction, construction management, labor relations, and applicable codes and standards.
