FCC Construction is hiring an early-career Field Coordinator in Saint John, New Brunswick to support small-scale industrial construction projects from the field. The role coordinates daily labour and workforce records, payroll and material documentation, project costs, scheduling, rental equipment, PPE procurement, purchase orders, subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, shop drawings, and project correspondence, while maintaining project records in Procore and supporting estimates, reporting, and work-order closeout. Candidates should have post-secondary construction or engineering technology education, up to five years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, financial accuracy, organization, communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced field environment.
