Moravian University is hiring a Field Coordinator for its Social Work Programs within the School of Behavioral & Community Health. This 12-month administrative role coordinates MSW and BSW practicum and clinical education, including recruiting and maintaining field sites, orienting and evaluating field instructors and students, managing placements and compliance databases, monitoring student progression, supporting accreditation, and collaborating with faculty, university staff, and community partners. The position requires an MSW from a CSWE-accredited program, at least two years of post-MSW social work practice experience, strong organization and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and flexibility for evening and weekend events.
