Complete Farmer is hiring an independent-contractor Field Coordinator to support the Regional Operations Manager in Ghana across the designated territories of Juapong, Atebubu, Gaa, Kadji, Afram Plains, Tumu, Yendi, Nalerigu, and Gbong. The role provides on-the-ground operational support for farmer engagement, technology adoption, certification, ESG activities, logistics, documentation, data collection, reporting, and stakeholder coordination, with frequent travel to farming sites and aggregation centres. Candidates need a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree, at least two years of field operations or agronomy experience, knowledge of crop-handling and agronomy, digital-data-collection skills, a motorbike and valid license, and willingness to travel extensively.
