AbbVie is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support healthcare practices through phone and in-person sales, product education, access and program recruitment, account management, and relationship development. The role is 50% hybrid in the Austin, Texas office with up to 50–70% travel for field vacancy coverage, conferences, and training. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least one year of relevant sales experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a proven record of exceeding sales targets; healthcare industry experience and knowledge of medical terminology, devices, pharmaceuticals, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office are preferred.
