AbbVie is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for its Inside Sales Team, supporting field sales, operations, and marketing through phone and in-person engagement with healthcare professionals. The role is 50% field-based and 50% hybrid out of the Austin, Texas office, with up to 50–70% travel for field vacancy coverage, national conferences, and training. Responsibilities include product education, account management, sales-call activity, healthcare professional relationship development, compliance and data-entry requirements, and mentoring less experienced representatives. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least one year of relevant sales experience, and a proven record of exceeding sales targets; healthcare industry experience is preferred.
