Druva is hiring a Field CTO to lead and grow its global Subject Matter Expert team and serve as the company’s senior technical evangelist in the field. The role combines people leadership with customer-facing security and data-resilience advocacy, including executive engagement, thought leadership, competitive positioning, customer advisory events, and field enablement. Candidates need at least 12 years of direct cybersecurity practitioner experience, strong forensics and recovery knowledge, cloud and SaaS security expertise, and experience influencing enterprise buying decisions. The position offers a base salary of $346,000 to $484,667 per year, with potential bonus, commission, and equity compensation.
