GitLab is hiring a Field CTO, Public Sector to serve as a technical advisor to public sector customers and prospects during the pre-sales process. The role provides executive-level guidance on DevSecOps, application security, compliance, and secure software delivery; builds relationships with CISOs, CTOs, and security architects; supports government working groups and standards discussions; and contributes field feedback to marketing, product, sales, and enablement. It is an individual-contributor, customer-facing advisory role in a fully remote, distributed, and asynchronous environment, with the Washington D.C. Metro area preferred.
