Rhoda AI is hiring a Field Deployment Lead to own end-to-end robot deployments at European partner sites, including site preparation, installation, commissioning, SAT sign-off, runbook creation, operator training, spare-parts management, and Tier-2 service partner coordination. The role begins with an on-site day-shift ramp at the first German deployment in Wolfsburg, then transitions to a supervisory, multi-site role. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree, at least five years of industrial robotics or field-deployment experience, electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills, Linux and Python proficiency, ROS or ROS2 experience, documentation and operator-training experience, German and English fluency, and a valid driver's licence.
