Description
Handex Consulting & Remediation, LLC is hiring Field Dredge Operators for its Industrial Services Team to operate hydraulic, electrical, auger, or mechanical dredging systems for sludge removal at client sites. The role involves setting up and maintaining dredging equipment, controlling production rates, coordinating with dewatering operations, monitoring process parameters, supporting mobilization and demobilization, and following safety protocols. Operators will work 12-hour day or night shifts, follow a rotational schedule, and may travel to projects in the North/Southeast and Midwest regions. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of industrial dredging experience, a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, TWIC card, and OSHA 40 certification or willingness to take it. Compensation is $25.00 to $28.00 per hour plus overtime, with per diem, lodging, benefits, and 401(k).
