Description
The Field Engineer 1 supports the execution and optimization of hydraulic fracturing operations at well sites. The role combines fieldwork, equipment monitoring and troubleshooting, real-time data analysis, Fracpro modeling, client communication, safety compliance, and post-job reporting. It is an entry-level position requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work in physically demanding and variable field conditions; a relevant engineering degree and oilfield or hydraulic fracturing experience are preferred.
