The role includes advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, scheduled installations, technical feedback, documentation, and support for team members. It is based in Mobile, Alabama, requires a high school diploma or GED, and generally seeks 2–4 years of relevant experience; a technical certification or associate degree may be required.
