The employer is hiring one Field Engineer 3 for a 12-month contract with possible extension in the Groton/New London, Connecticut area. The role provides computer, software, hardware, and networking support for desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and legacy products, including troubleshooting, installation, disk replacement, testing, and ticket management. It requires a split shift of 20 weekday and 20 weekend hours, non-driving work with possible travel between sites, and at least one year of computer support experience.
