Description
ICM is seeking a Field Engineer to support the planning, execution, and completion of industrial construction projects across the Midwest. The role coordinates project activities, supports schedules, budgets, and resource plans; communicates with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers; monitors progress; ensures safety compliance; and prepares status reports. A high school diploma or GED is required, while a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related technical field is preferred. Microsoft Project experience is required, and AutoCAD, P&ID reading, print-reading, and computer skills are preferred or required. The position offers a 3 weeks on, 1 week off schedule, per diem, a company vehicle, and up to 75% travel.
