Ampcus Inc. is hiring a Field Engineer 4, also described as a Field Computer Technician, to provide onsite break/fix support for laptops, desktops, and related peripherals throughout the Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania service area. The role involves traveling to customer locations, diagnosing and repairing hardware, replacing components such as hard drives, motherboards, keyboards, and LCDs, troubleshooting basic software issues, documenting service activity, and closing tickets. Candidates need at least one year of hands-on laptop and desktop break/fix experience, strong hardware repair experience, an A+ certification, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to travel extensively.
