Description
The Field/Computer Technician repairs Dell laptops and desktops in the Nashville metro area, replacing hard drives, motherboards, keyboards, and other components; performing whole-unit swaps and peripheral repairs; and closing service tickets in real time. The role requires reliable transportation, a personal car and car insurance, at least one year of laptop and desktop break-fix experience, A+ certification, and Dell certifications before an offer is extended. The position is based at 1931 Air Lane Dr., Nashville, Tennessee, with 250–350 miles of travel per week.
