Description
The Field/Computer Technician repairs Dell laptops and desktops in the Wilkes-Barre metro area and surrounding locations, replacing hard drives, motherboards, keyboards, and other components; performing whole-unit swaps and peripheral repairs; and closing service tickets in real time. The role requires reliable transportation, at least one year of hands-on laptop and desktop break-fix experience, A+ certification, and Dell certifications before an offer is extended. It is primarily on-site with mileage reimbursement and requires overtime discounts, drug and background screening, and product training.
