Description
The Field/Computer Technician repairs Dell laptops and desktops in the Reading, Pennsylvania metro area, replacing hard drives, motherboards, keyboards, and other components; performing whole-unit swaps and peripheral repairs; and closing service tickets in real time. The role requires reliable transportation, a personal car and car insurance, at least one year of laptop and desktop break-fix experience, A+ certification, and completion of Dell certifications before an offer is extended. Mileage is 250–350 miles per week, and candidates are not paid to drive to and from work.
