Description
The employer is hiring two Field/Computer Technicians to repair Dell laptops and desktops in the Indianapolis metro area. Responsibilities include replacing hard drives, motherboards, keyboards, and other peripherals; performing whole-unit swaps; closing service tickets in real time; and traveling 250–350 miles per week. Candidates must have reliable transportation and their own car and insurance, at least one year of laptop and desktop break-fix experience, A+ certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days, and must complete Dell certifications before receiving an offer. The position requires U.S. citizenship, background and drug screening, and may require client or governmental clearance.
