Thalle Construction Co., Inc. is hiring a Field Engineer in Austin, Texas to support heavy civil construction projects. The role assists the Project Engineer with shop drawings, submittals, scheduling, meetings, as-built drawings, job cost, procurement, and field operations; tracks materials and quantities; manages subcontractor reports and coordination; documents time and material operations; and supports project safety, quality, customer relationships, and profitability. Candidates need AutoCAD and HCSS/Heavy Job proficiency, Excel and Word skills, the ability to review plans and drawings, strong communication and organizational abilities, and at least 5–10 years of field experience.
