Blach Construction is hiring an entry-level Field Engineer in Northern California, primarily as a four-year carpentry apprentice who will develop carpentry skills while supporting the Superintendent and project team with planning, scheduling, safety, quality control, documentation, relationships, budgeting, and cost control. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, versatility across construction tasks, strong communication and computer skills, and a willingness to learn. Compensation is $80,000–$120,000 DOE, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
