Description
Blattner is hiring an entry-level Field Engineer to support the execution of large-scale renewable energy construction projects. The role coordinates with trade superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers; tracks production, equipment, and cost data; supports short-interval planning and daily execution; assists with quality, safety, environmental, documentation, and cost-control activities; and partners with field leadership. Candidates should have an associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with strong organizational and safety skills. The position involves project-based travel and assignments lasting 6–18 months, with compensation of $70,500 to $103,175 and benefits including employer-paid HDHP insurance premiums, vision and dental insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and education assistance.
