CaptiveAire Systems, Inc. is hiring a Field Engineer to support sales and construction management for commercial kitchen ventilation and HVAC equipment. The role combines approximately 50% to 75% field work at job sites with office-based data analysis and remote troubleshooting, including equipment startups, troubleshooting, customer coordination, application reviews, contractor training, and product improvement analysis. The engineer will be based at the company’s sales office in Dallas, require frequent travel, and receive formal training and mentorship. The position offers a $70,000–$100,000 base salary, additional productivity and profit bonuses, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and other benefits.
